Stacy Lee was not only was she very thorough, she was extremely helpful on finding us not only the best refi options, she went above and beyond on all aspects. Once again, Tim and his team were great to work with. This was probably my 5th or 6th loan with Tim over the past 10 years and I trust him completely. He’s loyal and honest and has told me outright when the refinance or terms don’t make financial sense. I recommend him to every friend when I hear they need a mortgage.

This is my 2nd time using Bob and his team in the last year and they'll always by my preferred lender! Bob has been a fantastic resource: a wealth of good advice, lightning fast to respond, and knows how to get a deal across the finish line - and all with an infectiously positive attitude! His team also operates at that same high caliber, with Jake being a mastermind behind the scenes getting all the details lined-up and never missing a beat! They're the best in the valley!

Sharon answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. In the period between initial closing disclosure and actual closing, she kept her eye on the rates, just as she promised. As soon as the interest rate dropped sufficiently, she got our rate lowered another .25%. I'm confident we got the best possible interest rate, and thus lowest possible mortgage payment, by using Sharon Ballinger.

The high level of service Angela provided. She was Professional, Communication was excellent and she took time with details. Angela was always pleasant and she made you feel like you was her only customer.
