Terri was always available - just a phone call, text or email away. She answered all our questions and would reach out and contact various entities (i.e. homeowners insurance company, real estate brokers...) to get answers to questions we didn't have. She was always in our corner, always timely. Even though she was in AZ and we made our hime purchase in HI there was never a delay at her part of our home purchase.
