I can not be more happy with the efficiency, constant communication, and thoroughness displayed by VIP. Bob and/or jake kept me informed on an almost daily basis from start to finish. To be honest, I didn't think I would get approved. However, they were able to approve me for a refinance in which I was turned down by two other agencies. I truly believe they believed in me!
