It was confusing receiving emails from multiple people that we didn’t know the name. I had to email someone from your office to confirm another person emailing me was working with you. There were multiple portals to get our info and Esign forms, which was also confusing. Lastly, whenever I called the office, multiple lines, not one time did someone answer. Otherwise, it was a good experience. Hope these suggestions are helpful.
