Response from Jeff is always quick if not even immediate. Responses or requests from others are sometimes not as easily understood or explained. This is a big expense and deserves plenty of hand holding all the way through. At this point I have some questions regarding expenses and savings which I will check with Jeff on if I feel the need after I have had a chance to review the numbers a bit further.
