The whole team that worked with me was outstanding! Rob really went above and beyond to help me in a journey I was terrified to take (I am a first time home buyer). He was always very enthusiastic, welcoming, and NEVER too busy/always happy to answer any question I had (even though it was the same question multiple times sometimes).
