Overall the experience was good. Some points in the process were a bit frustrating, but that's common with anything these days. Perseverance on both sides of the table are necessary to navigate through this maze of ridiculous government regulation and Marshall did that for us. Sometimes we locked horns over certain points, but ultimately came to a resolution for whatever confronted us.
