Chris made the whole process pain free and zero stress. He was quick and productive and excellent with updates and progress reports. My realtor even wanted his name so she can reach out to him to be able to refer clients to him. The only reason I did not give him full marks was because I wasn't really explained/told about how I could pay to drop points. Maybe this is my own fault for not doing more research into how mortgages work. Or maybe because I asked Chris to expedite the mortgage.
