Great job! Had all the pre-approvals done...but then crunch time hit and Tim and Will really took off. We locked on a very good rate, no points needed. Approvals went smooth, no issues and on time (actually ahead of each timeline) despite several changes due to ongoing negotiations with the seller. They took it all in stride, never an issue or grumble...Tim and Will made it happen! We got to the closing table...money was there before the closer even checked. Flawless, thank you!
