Diana is very proactive. She is great at predicting a possible issue and addresses the issue ahead of time. She did this for me working with two realtors and two title agencies, coordinating a near concurrent close on my sale and purchase. Because of Diana, everything closed on time and no issues. This was my first time buying a home, and the patience and kindness Mark provided was more than I could have asked for. He did a wonderful job helping me understand the process, and making sure I was educated about what was going on. He was available at any time to call or text to answer any questions, and got things done in a very timely matter. Not to mention Mark drove from Sioux City to Sioux Falls for closing.
