VIP was the third company I worked with on my mortgage loan. I was extremely skeptical but they proved me wrong. Rob was the first lender able to figure out what my student loan situation was and worked very hard to make sure they are not an issue in the process of securing a loan. Then he worked some kind of magic to make the closing date possible. Since I am coming from a diff state, the closing date was almost affected by my transitioning.
