Everyone's mortgage requirements are unique, but our's had some real challenges. I'm a self employed investor with hard to verify income. We had found the right home at a favorable price, but we had to close quickly. Rob, Kathryn and staff put in the time and effort that helped us close on time. This is the 5th home I've purchased; add in a few refinances and I've had a lot of different mortgages. Despite the special challenges of this mortgage it was probably the easiest one yet for us.
