We were treated with respect and had the feeling that Marshall and his team realized that this was not our first purchase and that we did not have to be babied. He was thorough and prompt in replying to any and all questions. Comparing Marshall to the first lender we dealt with in Arizona was like comparing being lost in a swamp to the view from the mountaintop. If we purchase property in Arizona again, we have our lender!
