While we came across many challenges at the end and our closing was delayed a couple times, John and Megan were both readily available to answer questions even after hours and weekends! John was very determined and persistent to do what he said he could do and in the end he did!!! I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone who needs and "outside of the box" loan!

Bill is one of the best loan officer that we ever worked with. He responded and handled our case so fast and quickly. When we did our mortgage, we had serveral issues and Bill always provided the best service and advice us on what to do, he even stayed really late at work to help us out so we don't miss the closing date.
