Could have provided more background (up front) as to what documents and/or issues that would be required of us. It seemed that the requirements of us were incrementally disclosed. Nearing the closing it seemed that every day brought a new request for some piece of new required information. This may have been the fault of the specific loan officer (not Matt) not being completely involved in the process.
