I didn’t think I could get a home either but it’s one of the best things I could have done thanks to Rob Purvis financial wizardry and Kimberly Thompson perseverance and positivity in helping me. My Wife and I started out using VIP Mortgage as one of the 3 preferred lenders from what our home builder had suggested. After receiving an estimate from John Chavez and his team at VIP, I wanted to make sure I got the best rate, least out of pocket, and most of all, the best monthly mortgage payment, so we shopped it to the other 2 lenders.
