Stacey was really great to work with and the application process was very easy at the start. While Stacey was on vacation, it was extremely frustrating working with Andy. He kept giving me mixed messages and was condescending in his tone. A couple of weeks before closing asked for bank statements. Five minutes later he stated they were not necessary. Then at the last minute right before close, he urgently needed bank statements and copies of cleared checks. Everything worked out in the end
