Marshall was great, very pleasant explained things well. Some of the hops I had to jump through were crazy. If a person is going to finance through PRMI then treat them like they are Responsible people, especially if they have over an 800 credit score. I hear you have to treat everyone equally. My answer to that is BS. Not all people are equal. Treat us in the way we deserve.
