We had to change the closing date several times, VIP Mortgage and Michael's team were always ready to adjust and were great communicators.
I'm not sure OK is the right description. It was a great experience, very smooth. I just had the feeling that rates might be dropping, and it appears they dropped right after closing. I'm not sure if they dropped significantly for investment properties, and I think Tim got me the best deal he could on the mortgage.
Great communication from the beginning. Josie was a great point of contact. My favorite part was your closing coordinator. She was the icing on the cake.
