Austin was great! He overall communication was above and beyond. My client was having a new home built and the interest rates increased about 2.5% over the build so he stepped in and helped negotiate the builder to pay roughly $16k to get the interest rate in a zoom that was comfortable for the buyer. He is a great planner and a consultant at heart.
