The care and patience Rob and his team put into my wild journey to close on a house. Considering it was out of my hands and everyone on Rob's team put in work to figure out what is going on was amazing. Chris and Rob communicated constantly and made sure I was aware and taken care of.
This was the second time that we worked with Tim Duvall. Let me just say upfront, he is the absolute best that anyone could ask for. There are so many issues and stumps that must be avoided and Tim knows where all of them are. As you know, it is difficult to decide where you should rent or you should buy. Mark send me texts whenever I was behind on sending in documents, he kept on top of making sure I was timely sending in documents. Mark sent me a few videos to make sure I understood clearly what time closing day was and othe closing information as well.
The communication was great between the client and all parties involved throughout the transaction. When we needed a document asap the Duvall team was on it right away. Thank you it was a pleasure working with you!
