Sam & Trisch were very accessible. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner. I do have 2 suggestions moving forward: 1. Offer an option to meet in person and go over all of the Lending Choices, Paperwork etc. Our deadlines were very tight and therefore the process became very stressful for my Wife and I; frustrating actually. 2. They were EXTREMELY fast! I was absolutely shocked and didn’t expect them to keep the original close date we had on a prior home that fell through because we were a week removed. They pushed things through and communicated quickly for a great closing!
