Bob is a great communicator so you are never left hanging wondering what is happening with your loan. He is on top of rates. He provides the updates like clockwork. His assistant Chris is always available to talk. Thanks Bob and Chris for an outstanding job

Everything from the start to the end. First, it started with a builder referral and a Sunday text message followed with a phone call with Joe on the same Sunday. Then Ryan took over briefly and speedily and guided us through the application process, then Haley followed up consistently and professionally through the documents phase, the underwriter did his/her job in a timely fashion. Jeremy provided proactive and straightforward easy to understand email communications. You guys rock!!!
