I liked Allen but some of the trouble I had with our collaboration was due to technical issues in sending documents. Another thing that might help in the future would be to provide a short glossary of terms used in the process. Example what is a “portal” and what is it designed to do? What is the role of the title company? Is the down payment sent to the title company or to the lender? What is meant by a bank statement…is it a record of the checks you’ve written for the past month or something else? Things like that would... read more
