Duncan was very proactive, communicated quickly and always responded with answers when we needed them. This was a great mortgage experience!
Bob was the absolute best. He was always available on the weekends when we needed his help to get a pre-qual made in order to make an offer on a home. He was extremely patient and helpful explaining complexities regarding mortgage options so we could make the very best choice with all the information. It took us 6 months and more than a handful of offers before finally closing on a home, but Bob went with us patiently every step of the way to get us to the finish line. He’s a top notch progressional.

He explains everything very well and in detail regarding mortgages and that helped us make the very best decisions with understanding complexities (which there are many in home loans). It took us 6 months to finally close on a home after making close to 10 offers on different homes. Bob was patient, helpful, and available through the long journey. He is a top notch professional.
