Sam and his team were amazing! I was under a time crunch for finding a home and they worked diligently to help me have everything ready by closing. Sam was also available to answer even the simplest questions I had about the whole process. As a first time home buyer the team made the experience a lot easier to navigate and helped put me at ease.
Tim mentioned a different method when we came up on a personal roadblock and him doing some made it possible for us to get the home we had hoped for. He was diligent, prepared, and always helpful and kind throughout our journey.
Emery was an absolute dream to work with. Despite dealing with countless challenges, he remained positive and communicative; helping to guide me through a very complicated transaction. With each call and text, I felt like I was working with my brother. He gave me advice and laid things out in a no nonsense way only done by family.
