Jeremy and 'The Team' communicated extremely well. They kept us on task and helped us complete everything we needed. Requests for duplicate items were at a minimum and as someone who has had several home loans in the past, I really appreciated that. The only area I see that could use improvement is clear instruction on when, and how to pay the payment after closing. When buying our first home we were very "green" in the process. We got preapproved through our bank, found our home that we loved and were then told by the bank we couldn't choose that home due to the location and style.
