The entire process was very smooth and stress free. Drew has an incredible work ethic: very professional, knowledgeable and always available to answer questions.

My communication with Kristin was rough. There were multiple instances of emails/phone calls going unanswered. I’m sure there is a breakdown somewhere and that it wasn’t intentional, but I would be lying if I didn’t say it made the already stressful process of buying a house just a little bit harder. I am happy with the product (loan) that we received.
Drew's excellent communication skills and education he provided left us feeling assured and ready to close the loan.
