My client was pre-approved with Ryan, then went into her bank to wire the earnest money when her offer was accepted. Her bank intercepted her and convinced her to switch and use them for her mortgage. Unfortunately, they overpromised and under-delivered and two weeks later she switched back to Ryan and VIP Mortgage. Ryan and his team did an amazing job and we still closed on time!!
