My client was very satisfied with their experience which in turn made it very smooth for myself. The only down negative was that the loan status updates were not automatically generated every 10 days.
Bottom line, at closing time of the loan, everyone at VIP performed perfectly. The net result was such that I was able to close on my new home with 0 hiccups or delays. Best regards, Dave Hamilton
