Your rating would have been at the highest level if weren't for the communication issues over a VOD document and the importance of pre-requisite account verification info. We were a week before closing, willing to perform whatever tasks were necessary to have the process run smoothly and without drama. However at the literal last minute we are getting contacted about said paperwork and the impending doom it it represented to our plans.
