Ricky is responsive, knowledgeable, quick, tenacious, confident and professional. He was wonderful to work with, this was not an easy one by any means and we had a deadline that the sellers would lose the house if we didn’t hit it, and even with all the issues (and i mean ALL THE ISSUES) that arose, he was always on top of it all and made sure it happened for the buyer in time.
