I had a ridiculously tight deadline moving from NJ to Indiana for a new job. Michelle and her entire team at VIP went above and beyond with me to ensure that everything went smooth, and we closed just in time. Their communication and guidance was top notch, and explained everything in a way that could be understood clearly. They even got me approved when three other mortgage places had turned me down.

We switched from our builders lender to VIP and never looked back. The communication and clarity we received from Austin and his team was like nothing we’ve experienced before. We never had to submit documents multiple times, their requests were straightforward and we knew what was needed well in advance of close. We signed over a week in advance and never heard anything again. If all the houses we’ve purchased, our close was the smoothest and least stressful ever.
