Great overall communication and service
There were a lot of things that needed to be completed and quickly to have the loan approval and Tim and his team were informative, straight forward and helped make this process as easy as it could be. I have been really afraid of the whole idea of buying a house because of the process of getting approved and all that goes into that. Michael stayed on top of everything and was especially helpful. I had some hesitancy and he explained everything in a manner which gave me confidence in the process and he made sure we got the best rate he could. We were very satisfied with the entire experience and will use the refi to improve our home even more!
Marsha is just so personable when you’re working with her you feel like you’re talking to a friend or a family member. And she’s really good at explaining everything so that it’s on your level that you can understand it. And even when you ask 1 million questions she doesn’t get annoyed with you ha ha. She was just fantastic.
