My husband and I built a new home on our property and we had complications with other buildings being on the property and Mr. Howe and his team worked tirelessly through all of the major roadblocks we hit to bring us to close on our home last week. They never gave up brainstorming to solve our problems that would arise. They tried to make things as easy as possible on us. We are very grateful for their help and expertise.

He is not like any other loan officer who wants to make a business, but he goes out of his way to try and educate on strategies that will help getting you the best rates possible.
