Alex has the ability to explain what could seem overwhelming to a lot of people and put into much simpler terms. Making a huge life decision much easier to understand and make the best educated decision.
Tim gave me great advice and took time to answer all my questions. Tim and his team walked us through every step of the process. To top it all off, a few days before close he was able to negotiate a lower interest rate than our original “locked in” rate!
