Mike's knowledge was enormously helpful every step of the way. He was always, always, always available, no matter what time of day it was. I was so surprised about that; it's not the kind of attention ones receives these days. He also provided us rate information that I was able to read every day as we approached our closing window so I had an excellent idea of when to lock my rate.
