Drew was absolutely wonderful to work with! Being first time home buyers we had many questions regarding the mortgage approval process and Drew was there to answer every single one. He is extremely prompt with communication and made sure that we were fully aware of where our loan was at throughout the process. I didn’t like the requests from the underwriters. They should get their checklists straight because functional need for some information they requested was unnecessary and they already had better proof of income. Some were plain silly. Waiting to get confirmation was deflating. Thank you for your service.
