Drew and his team worked hard to help us close early, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of!
I think the communication aspect of the process could have been better. We were not aware of the progression of the process as it moved along, we were required to see the same documents multiple times and that was very frustrating. I feel going forward the team should make their potential clients aware of everything going on....whether either is good or bad. Communication is very important, everyone is supposed to be in the same team.
Chris and his team with VIP Mortgage made the refinance process quick, easy to understand, and effortless. This is why we have stuck with this company for 2 years!
