First of all, Amanda explained things to me in an honest and clear way so I felt like I could make the decision to go with the Hendricks team with confidence that they had my best interest at heart. Secondly, Nicole handled everything with the same attitude. Both ladies communicated everything clearly and kindly and was patient and encouraging of my questions and concerns.
