It may just be the impersonal nature of doing business online because of COVID. But aside from my visit and subsequent interactions with Will, my interaction with VIP seemed cold and distant. I had had a good experience with Tim when he was with a previous company, which is why I contacted him at VIP. Everything was done carefully and correctly at a great rate, so I have no problem with the end result. Just the unfriendliness of the process. Maybe everything would have been better in person.
