Blair is such a delight to work with! The only thing we struggled with, was communication and timeliness of information...which is a factor of the industry as a whole. The process is so stressful, even though we shouldn't have had anything to worry about, from the financial side of the transaction. Making our required dates, constantly came down to the last minute.
