Constant communication is something I enjoy, specially when dealing with high stress situations, I like to know that I am being taken care of and that nobody is going to drop the ball and leave me hanging. Scott provided 24/7 care and when I mean 24/7 I mean literally any time, any day, he was there and answered all of my questions accordingly. It was my first home purchase but felt like my second or third because of how smooth everything was with Scott and his team.
Michelle was very helpful in giving us timely feedback while also being patient enough to answer our multitude of questions. This was our first time building a house and Michelle walked us through the process simply, multiple times.

I loved how efficient everyone worked! When I had a question they were always available to talk, but if not got a call immediately right back! Duncan made the home buying so much more bearable just from his overall positive and friendly personality. He doesn’t treat you just like a client but a friend!
