MY ONLY COMMENT IS THAT WHEN ERIC'S ASSISTANT WAS REQUESTING MORE AND MORE FINANCIAL INFO IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL IF THEY HAD ADVISED US IN THE BEGINNING THAT FANNIE MAY WAS DOING WHAT IT NORMALLY DOES AND WE WOULDN'T HAVE TAKEN IT PERSONALLY. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND WE'RE QUITE HAPPY VWITH OUR NEW HOME.

The fact that it took soooooooo loooooooonngggg to find a house that I actually succeeded in buying! I think Ryan was with me for 7 or 8 contracts (seems like it anyway) and was tireless and responsive to my requests.....with V.I.P. there to back me up with money for the Closing if my bank's wire didn't get received in time. It did but was nice to know they wanted this Closing to go thru as much as I.
