Not too happy with my experience. Waited for an hour to receive tests results only to find out they were not in. And still was asked to pay for a visit. I just think communication could of been better and if I had an appointment scheduled since the week prior someone could of called me to give me a heads up not to come in and just reschedule.
Not pleased at all. Patients MUST pay for a second office visit in order to receive results of blood work from a wellness physical whether normal or problematic. My insurance coverage is through my employer and there was a charge to sign necessary paperwork that had to be returned to the Human Resources department. I chose her office because she was in-network but I feel as if the office uses that as a money grab especially when examinations are not performed by the doctor herself.
horrible dr, she will do nothing to help you with anything! if you need a drs note or if she has to sign anything if she will she charges 20 dollars. she is very money driven! wait times are horrific as well, will never go back!!
Meets my expectations.
Dr Yee at first seemed to be concerned with my health but when money entered into the equation and I refused to see her referred counselor (her husband), she first refused to treat my post stroke symptons and then kicked me out of her concierge practice when I pleaded for help . She even lied to my husband about why she did that (and lied to my insurance company and my neurologist). I can't stress enough how horrible my experience was with her office.
Office is chaotic and a patient will have to wait for over an hour for his or her scheduled appointment. Always running late - and then you will probably only see the PA; not the doctor. Dr. Yee has a side program called Concierge Service or something similar where a patient must pay approx. $1500 per year, in addition to the patient's regular health insurance costs, to actually see her. I left this office 6 months ago and I'm so glad I did.
I would have chosen zero stars but that's not an option... I was very sick and out of work for a month and a half. Dr Yee kept extending mthe leave from work due to my illnesses. When I asked to get my short term and fmla paper work filled out I was told each packet was 50.00. Then, they have never been sent! I have been calling almost daily trying to get everything done and they just give me the run around. They have cost me nearly 2k in disability payments! Worst office ever!
Dr. Yee can be very nice and caring. At other times she seems in a hurry and anxious to see you and get out of there. We tried to ask a question and she seemed annoyed because she was so busy.
Worst Dr.'s office ever. Stay away from this doctor. I went to Dr Yee because I changed insurance companies. I didn't choose this doctor. I called and made an appointment. I went on the date and time and the first thing they asked me for was a Credit Card to have on file. I told them that I have insurance and wasn't necessary but they insisted and force out of the office only because I didn't have a credit card with me at the time. The lady in the front was rude and aggressive since minute one
