I received excellent care from Dr. Adam for the issues I was having as a result of a severe attack of Vertigo I had experienced while out of town. While a therapist in Philadelphia was able to stop my horrific spinning, when I returned home to Virginia it was obvious I was still experiencing some significant residual issues. I’ve been a patient with VCSST for two separate incidents with my knee over the past two years. Both times I was under the care of Jessica Brown. She is amazing in her calm bedside manner, along with her medical knowledge. I always felt 100% certain I was in the best hands!

My therapist, Andrew Rothchild, is very professional and knowledgeable. He was quite patient and helped me recover from back surgery, as well as strengthen my knee to avoid knee replacement. When I felt abandoned by my doctors, he was the only one who took the time to discuss my issues with me.

Dr. Jamie Coon and the entire team are miracle workers. Goals were reached ahead of time with the workouts given and everyone remained positive throughout the entire journey. Jamie in particular was extremely supportive and maintained positive energy -- even when I experienced a setback. Highly recommend her and the team for anyone's needs!
