RecommendedI have found the VA Green team and staff to be very easy to work with. Nic is our guy, always willing to help, answer questions, call us to schedule visits. He even helped me one day load a lawn mower onto to a truck so I could go over and cut my mom's grass. Who offers that level of customer service anymore. Plus my lawn never looked better.
RecommendedMy technician arrived yesterday to complete another treatment in my service package. The lawn was covered with leaves as the scheduled pick-up was not until this Saturday. Rather than simply leaving me a note, the technician blew the leaves and administered the service as scheduled. I consider this "going the extra mile" and I am most appreciative.
