i expected better service from the doctor - my personal opinion.
I loved Dr. Karande. I saw him in his St. Charles office, after wasting 2+ years with another doctor in the area. From the moment I met him, I was filled with confidence and peace of mind. I found him authoritative, not arrogant, and I appreciated that from someone guiding me through such a sensitive process. The week following my first meeting with him, he removed a fibroid that my previous doctor had also detected, but had told me was "no problem", and Dr. Karande couldn't believe that he had put me through 3 IVF procedure... read more
Dr Karande was wonderful. He is an expert in the field and is very precise when it comes to his work. My Ob-gyn was never present at an ultrasound, even when things were wrong! Dr. Karande wanted to be present and see things for himself-a big plus! Yes, he is kind of dry, and seems unfriendly at times (though he is not), but I don't care, I'd rather have that, than my old "mr popular" obgyn who let my problem linger.
I think Dr Karande is awesome. His staff is wonderful and caring, they went above and beyond to help me. I got runaround from 2 other docs but Dr Karande was very upfront with what treatment I needed. Even though we didn't like his suggestion we agreed to his treatment. I am not pregnant with twins and can't be happier.
I think that the office staff is great. I have never had a problem with anyone. Dr. Karande is nice - dry humor - but he explained everything that we needed to know.
