I received terrible service at this place.
I’m really upset with the service I received today. I drove over an hour for today’s appointment just to be turned away. I have a severe tape allergy and was not informed it is required to put tape across my face for my examination. When informed about the tape to “Prevent my glasses from fogging up .” I immediately put on a second mask in hope of getting my exam. The tech told me that was not enough. This was a disappointing experience. I decided I wanted to look into getting contacts as I was fogging up my glasses wearing a mask and have had a number of trips during evening runs because I couldn't see heaves in the sidewalk. This office was conveniently located and accepted my insurance, so I figured I'd give it a try. The eye exam itself went well.
