RecommendedDr. Horn is a exceptional surgeon that was truly “handpicked” by God for me. After two cataract surgeries with a different Nashville surgeon were stopped at the last minute I read the spiritual signs that I was not to go with that surgeon. RecommendedThey were very reassuring and light hearted on surgery day to make me feel more at ease. Once you know where you’re going it’s easy to get to and again everyone there is very nice and welcoming. Dr. Horn is an expert and very confident at what he does. It’s so great to finally not need glasses to see!

RecommendedI have been very satisfi6ed with the care at Dr. Horn's. I was actually sent to him by a doctor in Colorado for some follow up work but have needed to stay for other issues. It has been a good match.

All the test are explained to you and every procedure is repeated until Dr Horn is satisfied you are ready for your procedure.
