Interesting hotel Interesting hotel, old girls school with amazing bar/restaurant in deconsecrated chapel. Ideally placed to wander Frederick's fascinating town. Comfortable room and great bar!!
The hotel was clean, new and extremely comfortable. Very unique. Some of the signage in the building was confusing. You had to sometimes enter areas that said “staff only” to access the fitness center.
The front desk staff are amazing and very nice, the property is an old Catholic school and has a lot of charm. However, the manager, Dana looks down upon people who book with Orbitz. The AC didn’t work properly in my room and she refused to even move me to a slightly less comparable room without me paying an up charge because I got the best room in the hotel because I had a great deal on Orbitz.
